2. What things do you like most about this home and living here?

Convenience, safety of gated community, excellent on-site maintenance & security, very helpful on site staff, and safe surrounding neighborhood.

3. What factors influenced your decision to move here?

HOA Fees! We looked at condos across the island and all other condos charge an exorbitant amount of money with little to show for it. At Olaloa the fees are on par with what you will pay anywhere on the island, however here you get a lot for your money. Fees include TV/Internet, Water/Sewer, community washers and dryers on each floor in the center of every building. Additionally, the property is extremely well managed, the grounds are in immaculate condition, maintenance is regularly scheduled and performed (not deferred with special assesments imposed as you will find in nearly all other condos), here the association financials are disclosed and easily accessible. Safety was also a huge factor. Olaloa and the surrounding neighborhood are very safe and kapuna friendly.

4. How is traffic in and around the neighborhood?

Very little traffic; there is gated access at the end of the street, which is a four-way stop. Very easy to enter and exit, and only local traffic within the community.

5. How is your commute to work?

Very convenient location in the center of Oahu. Easy freeway access allows you to get anywhere on the island quickly

6. What do you like best about your neighborhood?

Great walkable community of active residents with many opportunities to make friends through clubs and activities. We also enjoy the dog park that is walking distance from the condo.

7. What are your favorite restaurants and places to shop?

The shopping center just outside of the Olaloa entrance, and within walking distance from the condo, has all of the basic needs covered including: pharmacy, gas, food, coffee, banking, hair care, Verizon store, and even a couple physical therapy offices. Our favorite restaurants are Rise and Shine for breakfast and Taps & Apps for dinner/drinks. Costco is only one exit away!

8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?

Tons of community activities both within Olaloa, and Mililani.

9. Are there any other attractive features about this home or neighborhood that we have not covered?

We love the heated pools at Mililani rec centers, and the nearby dog park.
