1. Have you done any upgrades?
In 2013, wallpaper was removed enabling walls to be painted, and the kitchen was also fully remodeled adding significant storage space. At the same time, tongue-and-groove pine was installed over the popcorn ceiling. (The popcorn ceiling was not disturbed.). The current drapes were purchased in 2013. In 2024, new water-proof, vinyl-plank flooring was installed in living room and bedroom.
2. What things do you like most about this home and living here?
I have thoroughly enjoyed all the staff. They have treated me like Ohana for for 15 years.
3. What factors influenced your decision to move here?
The singular reason I am moving is because I now need an ADA apartment.
4. How is traffic in and around the neighborhood?
The traffic is typical Waikiki.
5. How is your commute to work?
Retired.
6. What do you like best about your neighborhood?
I love being two short blocks from the beach, a grocery store, International Market Place and restaurants.
7. What are your favorite restaurants and places to shop?
I regularly shop at Waikiki Market, Target and International Market Place.
8. Are there any events in your neighborhood that a new buyer would like to know about?
There is live music at many hotels and restaurants along with monthly parades and festivals on Kalakaua Avenue, just two blocks away.
9. Are there any other attractive features about this home or neighborhood that we have not covered?
The lanai is spacious and fun.
